Dr. Sanil Patel
Dentist
Dr. Patel was born and raised in London, England. He moved to Atlanta with his family in 2000, later graduating from Ga. Tech. He then completed dental school at the University of Detroit-Mercy Dental School in Detroit, Michigan. To advance his skills and knowledge, he went on to complete a dental residency in New York. After years of studies in the north, he longed to return to his adopted Georgia roots. He is very happy to be back. He looks forward to meeting you and providing the highest quality dental care for you and your family.
Outside the office, Dr. Patel likes to travel, hike, and spend time with friends and family. Dr. Patel comes from a humble background, and thus loves to contribute hours volunteering for different communities in the USA and other countries on mission trips. Let’s not forget that he is a foodie; he loves to eat and tries all different cuisines. If you bring him food, it will make his day! Dr. Patel also dedicates his time to attending continuing education courses on the latest and proven treatment methods and dental technology. His goal is to provide the best dental treatment for his patients!
Dr. Graham Kellams
Dentist
Dr. Graham Kellams believes in a relationship-driven approach to dentistry, combining each patient’s goals with comprehensive, evidence-based care to achieve lasting oral health and esthetics.
Dr. Kellams is an active member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Metro Atlanta Dental Study Group, and The Elevated GP dental collaboration platform. He is committed to continuing education, with particular interests in digital CAD/CAM dentistry, endodontics, implant dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
A Suwanee, Georgia native, Dr. Kellams is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Dental College of Georgia. Outside the office, he enjoys fitness, hiking with his dog, Denali, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Alyssa Patel
Dentist
Dr. Alyssa Patel is a general dentist dedicated to providing personalized, comprehensive dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. As a Pearl Invisalign Provider, she is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through clear aligner therapy.
Dr. Alyssa takes a comprehensive approach to patient care, focusing on each patient’s individual needs, goals, and long-term oral health. She provides a wide range of dental services, including restorative dentistry such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and endodontic treatment, as well as extractions and Invisalign. Whether treating a specific dental concern or helping patients maintain their overall oral health, she believes in creating individualized treatment plans and educating patients so they can feel confident in their dental care.
Dr. Alyssa strives to build lasting relationships with her patients and believes that excellent dentistry goes beyond treating teeth—it’s about making patients feel heard, comfortable, and cared for at every visit.
Outside of the office, Dr. Alyssa enjoys staying active, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She brings her love of connecting with people into her practice and looks forward to creating a positive and comfortable experience for every patient.
Dr. Herpreet Sethi
Dentist
Dr. Sethi was born and raised in Dubai. She moved to Detroit, Michigan, by herself when she was seventeen for her education. She completed her undergraduate education at Detroit Mercy in Michigan and then completed Dental School at the University of Detroit-Mercy Dental School in 2012. To advance her skills and knowledge, she went on to complete a dental residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Michigan. She met her husband (our very own Dr. Patel) in dental school and decided to move to Atlanta, Georgia, his hometown. She has over 15 years of experience practicing in a dental office. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association.
Outside the office, Dr. Sethi loves to travel and be adventurous, loves to hike, and spends time with her husband and 6-year-old son. She also has a passion for teaching- she was a teaching assistant as an undergraduate, a private tutor, and she was a professor at her dental school for 2 years. Currently, she comes up with creative ways to teach her son. Dr. Sethi loves to contribute hours volunteering for different communities in the USA and has also been to Guatemala for a mission trip. Dr. Sethi believes in a growth mindset and constantly dedicates her time to learning in her career as well as extracurricular activities to become the best version of herself. She is always taking continuing education courses on the latest and proven treatment advances and dental technology. Her latest course was about Confident Cosmetic Coaching in Aspen, where she learnt how to provide confident cosmetic smiles for her patients. Her goal is to provide the best dental treatment for her patients!
Dr. Karmen Ancar
Dentist
Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Dr. Karmen Ancar has always had a passion for helping others and making people feel confident in their smiles. She earned her bachelor of science in kinesiology from Louisiana State University before receiving her doctor of dental medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She later completed a general practice residency at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry, where she received expanded training in comprehensive patient care.
Dr. Ancar enjoys getting to know her patients and believes that a great dental experience starts with making people feel comfortable, heard, and informed. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and helping her patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Ancar enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, staying active, and spending quality time with family and friends. She looks forward to welcoming new patients and helping them feel right at home from their very first visit.
